PECTRA Technology at the CFO&CIO Executive Summit Chile 2012

PECTRA Technology, Inc. with Microsystem, its business partner in that country, made last October, 9th event "CFO & CIO Executive Summit Chile 2012: Business Process Management -BPM- as generating more efficiency", at the Chamber of Commerce of Santiago.

The event began with an introduction to BPM by Gustavo Morales, Argentine consultant specializing in the field. He was followed by a Product Demo, provided by Francisco Rivas, BPM Unit Commercial Manager, Microsystem Chile, and finally the event ended with the testimony of Rodrigo Morelli, Manager Finance, SK Commercial Technology PECTRAs client.

Microsystem presented the solution that allows Administrative Process Management, Control and Tax Documents Scanning, which is enhanced by the benefits of BPM suite PECTRA, PECTRA BPM Savia, Kodak hardware and integration with and ERP made up by SAP.

The implementation of PECTRA Technology Inc. awarded this year was developed for the National Water Commission, Mexico (CONAGUA), an organization that administrates and protects the waters of Mexico, with the participation of society to achieve sustainable use of the resource. The solution adopted by the National Water Commission was PECTRA BPM Suite. In 2004 due to regulations and initiatives of the Government of Mexico, the National Water Commission decided to initiate a BPM project to standardize, organize and control the management processes of budgetary resources for public works and procurement services, which mobilized more than a billion dollars each year. The public consultation is available through an online information system, which promotes transparency of this organism.

Gonzalo Rueda has a remarkable track record in PECTRA Technology, which he joined over twelve years ago. He initiated his career in the company as a developer, and later led major international projects until he was appointed Development Manager, a position he held for six years.
