Challenges


The client decided to implement a process management solution to solve the following needs of their company:
• Replace the Business Process Management solution previously implemented with topics linked to performance, company systems integration and costs.
• Implement a new BPM solution that allows for operating system migration that the company would carry out and that would maintain competitive product and consulting costs. It would also automate all planned processes (8 administrative processes and the automation of the product/presentation discontinuation process).

Solution


To satisfy these needs, the company has acquired the process management suite PECTRA BPM Suite, a powerful combination of tools that designs and automates management processes.

The objective of this last point was to implement a procedure that would allow for the appropriate management of product cancellation, standardizing communication channels and information preparation to make a final decision, avoiding additional costs that were not considered. Also, the orchestration of measures that would make the calculation of those discontinued products to be destroyed or donated possible, as an Income Tax deductible.
