New CEO at PECTRA Technology, Inc.

Gonzalo Rueda, who has worked at the Company for 12 years, is PECTRA Technology new CEO. He will continue to pursue the course of action developed by Martin Sola, who ran the Company over the past 6 years.

Houston, February 04, 2010 – PECTRA Technology, Inc., a Business Process Management solutions company leader in LatAm region, with over 12 years experience in the IT industry, is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Gonzalo Rueda as its new CEO.

In his new position, Mr. Rueda will continue to develop the course of action implemented by Martin Sola, who ran the company over the past six years, during which time PECTRA Technology established itself as one of the leading software companies providing within the region. Gonzalo will now be responsible for the global results of corporate operations within the established markets and of managing the company’s SBUs, as well as for consolidating the corporate technology strategy.

Gonzalo Rueda has a remarkable track record in PECTRA Technology, which he joined over twelve years ago. He initiated his career in the company as a developer, and later led major international projects until he was appointed Development Manager, a position he held for six years. He was then designated Solution Architecture Manager, and became in charge of defining the corporate offer of products, in accordance with customers’ needs and the current global trends in IT service provision.

Gonzalo Rueda is an IT Systems Engineer graduated at Universidad Católica de Córdoba (UCC), and is currently undertaking a Master’s degree in IT Systems Engineering at Universidad Tecnológica Nacional (UTN). He has a sound background in IT studies and vast experience working in IT areas, having specialized in HR Management, Project Management, Requirements Planning and Management and Risk Management, among others.

Martin Sola, who is presently leaving his current position to undertake new professional projects, joined PECTRA Technology in August 2003 as its Marketing Manager, and in 2005 became the company’s CEO. Martin actively contributed in structuring PECTRA’s current organizational design, executing the corporate strategy and positioning the brand and its main business verticals at global level, all of which resulted in quadrupling corporate operating results since 2005 to the present time.
