HOUSTON, November – PECTRA Technology, Inc., an American company specialized in Business Process Management, is proud to announce that it has been nominated for a sixth consecutive year for the Global Awards for Excellence in BPM & Workflow for one of its BPM implementations.
This year, PECTRA Technology Inc. nominated the implementation it developed for Telecarrier Inc. (Panama). Telecarrier is a Panamanian company founded in 2000 with the aim to provide telecommunication and IT solutions to the community with the highest level of service and at competitive prices.
Telecarrier adopted the PECTRA BPM Suite solution seeking to automate its sales process. The implementation demanded 18 months and allowed Telecarrier to organize and manage its sales processes, by providing flexibility and adaptability to changes, speed, as well as by improving internal and external customer service.
