PECTRA Technology was used to design the process running new accounts. “This is one of the biggest processes in the company with multiple areas and departments taking part. It starts with information provided by the branches, where employment, address and debt clearing verifications are carried out. This information is then sent to main office (in Córdoba), and there application is completed with further information. Credit analysis is carried out and the application is either approved or rejected. “The scope of the project for Metrovías S.A encompassed modelling and updating the processes surveyed, including the centralized implementation to manage PECTRA Technology and the latest versions of the systems involved", explained the Systems Manager.
