October 5, 2007 – Houston, TX, USA. PECTRA Technology, Inc., a company spcialized in process management, announced today the signing of an alliance agreement with the Mexican Level 5, a consulting company specialized in technology solution development. In this way, PECTRA Technology keeps expanding its patner network in Latin America.

Specialized in analysis and design of software solutions, Level 5 has been in business since 1966 helping both private and public organizations improve their operative processes. With experience in software engineering, quality, and custommized services, this company manages projects according to internacional standards and models such as IEEE and SW-CMM. Among its main clients are Siemens, Unite Colletive Strategies, and Grupo Ferrán.

The agreement was signed within the  framework of the 3P (PECTRA Partnership Program) program, a strategic business plan that PECTRA Technology has been carrying out  with the purpose of recruiting companies that allow fostering business opportunities.   

For PECTRA, 3P has the following goals:

• To increase market positioning and penetration within the various regions it operates.

• To achieve growth in revenues as a result of selling software licenses and related services to end-customers through its partners, thus helping satisfy the needs of the target market by means of Process Management.

• To learn about the needs of the diffferent markets with the purpose of boosting the development of process-based applications.

The 3P has been designed to encourage a fluent and dynamic relationship with partners according to the ineterests they present/ evidence when approaching their respective markets, directly in line/ aligning directly/ directly aligned with their business model. The program makes available training and certification resources; technical and support service; development and integration training; commercial avisory; and every element needed to foster company growth by means  of a portfolio of Process Management solutions/ solutions for Process Management.   

Under a scheme of four kind of partners: Consulting Partner, Software Partner, Business Partner, and Educational Partner, 3P has two membership levels: Associated and Premier. Both categories, kind of partners, and membership levels vary according to the profile of the applicant company and the growth evidenced with respect to the implementation of PECTRA Technology solutions.
